		<description>I guess they are going to rescind the resignation of the managers and officially fire them as well. By the way guys, excellent posts on the subject.  Read Tim&#039;s, because his had a lot of meat in it because of his experience over at the Embassy and on that contract.</description>

		<description>Your dead right Eeben.  Fault always goes to the leader and glory to the troops.  Even when a lower level trooper or staff member screws up it still is fault of the leadership for not instilling better discipline, having a more restrictive selection process, providing oversight, etc, etc, etc...when you finish your book on tactics you should write one about battlefield leadership.  Or maybe you can integrate aspects of the need for leadership into the success/failure of tactical execution.</description>

Perhaps this was long overdue? But then again, leadership and ethical behaviour starts at the top. Maybe that is where the firing should start. However, the damage to the entire industry has been done.
